1. Where is your store?
We have only one showroom, located in 5608 Osmeña Highway cor. Fahrenheit St. Palanan, Makati. We’re open Mondays to Saturdays, 9am to 5pm.
2. Do I need to set an appointment when visiting your showroom?
Starting 2023, walk-in clients are welcome. We strongly encourage all visiting clients to follow safety protocols and to wear a mask within our showroom premises.
3. Do you have an online catalog of all your products with price list?
We have product catalogs for selected items such as our home accessories and furniture pieces on sale. Please message us for more information or to request for a copy.
4. I prefer not to visit your showroom due to the pandemic. Can I make a purchase online?
Although we do not have an online shop, it is possible to make a purchase without coming to our showroom (we accept payment via bank transfer). In this case, inquiries and discussions will be coursed through our social media accounts or Viber. Of course, we strongly recommend that you personally see and feel the fabrics or furniture before making a purchase.
5. Do you provide sewing or upholstery services? Can you refer us to someone who can do the service?
Unfortunately, we do not offer sewing or upholstery services, and we cannot make referrals as we are not affiliated with any seamstress. We only offer fabrics, ready-made furniture, pillows, and other home accessories.
6. Do you give out swatches?
Yes, we can send swatches nationwide free-of-charge, but delivery fee will have to be shouldered by the client. Please drop us a message to know more about our swatches.
7. Are your items available on hand?
Majority of our fabrics are on stock, but we have a few collections for indent order with a lead time of 2-3 weeks. Most of our furniture and home accessories are available on hand. To know more about the availability of a particular product, please send us a message.
8. Are all available collections found in the website?
Our website shows only an overview of our available products. We have hundreds of fabric collections available on stock and for indent order that are not featured on the website. To know more about the other collections, feel free to drop us a message or a visit!
